| The delegation of Bolivia would like to establish a free-trade agreement amongst Latin America, in which part of the income is given to the population below poverty line and to environmentally-friendly programs within the country, therefore taking another step towards achieving one of the United Nation’s Millennium Development Goals, which is to ensure environmental sustainability by 2015. The delegation of Bolivia would also like to remind all the countries present in Latin America face environmental issues as well as poverty issues within the countries. Join Bolivia in fighting these issues and improving the life standards of all Latin American citizens! | |

| The delegate of Bolvia would just like to point out that this free-trade agreement is not only going to help the governments of the states, but also help the enviroments of both Americas, since most states are faceing serious challanges with their enviroments. Evo Morales has already tried to make other states see the inner problems like their enviroment instead of just worrying about all of the econmy. REMEMBER we may not have much money now, maybe more later, but what we have right now, our world that we live in and breathe from, is the people should turn their attention to. Thank you delegate of El Salvador for the support. | |

| Delegates, also remember that environmentally-friendly programs, such as introducing new agricultural products that do not harm the soil will eventually lead to the creation of new and more efficient agricultural techniques, therefore providing more economical income to each country. | |

| Delegates, the delegation of Bolivia would like to ask the other delegations to get more involved with this issue, since it concerns ALL nations of Latin America, and the delegates should pay more attention to these increasing severe causes within their countries. Greenhouse gas emissions have doubled, delegates, and there are 240 million people living below the poverty line in Latin America, making less than a dollar a day. These problems much be stopped, delegates, as fast as possible, before they worsen. | |

| The USA completely supports this resolution since it wont be harming any countries and only aiding them, which is what it wishes to Latin American and nations from all around the globe. The US would like to state that countries like Bolivia which has 60% of its population below poverty line will be receiving more help from its neighbooring countries which will only be adding to the money, service and support that has been provided by the United States of America. | |
