The delegate of Djibuti would like to emphasize that more than 130,00 people in Djibuti required emergency food assistence. These proves that the other countries in Africa is supposed to take fast mesuares so these issue willl not worsen.

Cambodia is totally in favor of this resolution, Hunger is a major consequence for the problems Africa currently face. The majority of the poor population in Western and Central Africa are poor farmers who live in villages and farm just to feed themselves and their families. They depend mostly on agriculture for their livelihoods. Children walk miles upon miles everyday to nearby streams to fetch water and food.

The Israeli delegation truly believes that this resolution should be taking into the GA, since it's one of the major problems in Africa right now, but it is a problem that worries every single country in the world

The delegate of Sudan appreciates the fact that the delegate of Djibuti brought up a good resolution in the caucus that dealt with the eradication of hunger in Africa because it is a very important topic today that affects all of Africa and all the nations should work together to solve this problem.

The delegate of Sudan is also glad about the clause proposed by the delegate of Djibuti that stated that South Africa would donate 200,000,000 dollars per year so this hunger problem could be solved. Since South Africa is the richest country in Africa, by them donating that much money would improve the lives of thousand of people.
