Delegates,
El Salvador has the highest homicide rate in the whole Latin America. It has suffered a lot by the poor level of security and by the gungs left out of the WW2. With this, the delegation of El Salvador would like to do their papers asking the help of the fellow countries to improve security in El Salvador.
thanks,
Bruna & Karol

The delegates of Bolivia have decided that Bolivia's "question of" will be to Establish a new environmentally-friendly free-trade agreement in Latin America, in which part of the income is directed to the indigenous population and to the population below poverty-line. The delegation of Bolivia believes that this will reduce not only Bolivia's problems, such as intense poverty and malnutrition, but entire Latin America's problems, since some of the countries share the same issues Bolivia has had. This is also an opportunity to decrease illegal immigration within Latin America, since it mostly takes place because of the lack of income and opportunities within a civilian's country.

United States urges all latin american countries to support the nuclear poliferation treaty and recommends everyone to reduce the use and production of nuclear power as a source of energy, so we can prevent further conflicts... if we start this in Latin America, it will spread to the whole world and we will be free of nuclear weapons and power..
we will achieve our main goal- a better environment for living with no enemies and peace!

The Venezuelan delegation is going to submit a resolution about the exclusion of US´s military, economic and political influence over Latin American countries. All countries should vote in favor of it because it is going to make the Latin American countries more independent, able to develop without the United States.

Delegate of Venezuela,
Mario Camilo

Delegates,
the panama chaged the resolution from canal expantion to the U.S. free trade with panama and colombia. United States has not aprooved the agreement yet, but has seen and sign that it agrees with it. Panama and Colobia approved it 13 days after, and are still waiting for three years, while US is approving other free trade agreements with other countries. Panama has a great relationship with United States, and there is no reason for why the delegation did not approve yet.

the delegate of mexico is growing concerned for the drug relations of the US, with latin america. for estemates show that 90% of all drug movements to the US are stopping in mexico. the US should have a better policy on drug consumptions for it is deeply affecting the countries around them. the US is the greatest consumer of cocaine in the world, shipped from colombia going through mexico and the carreabians.

Dear delegate of Mexico,

Please read these articles.

Yes, Colombia produces many of the drugs that are being smuggled into the US through Mexico. But the US has been being strict with Colombia for years and has given billions billions to fight drugs in Colombia--much more than they have aided Mexico.

Now even if lots of drugs are grown in Colombia, Mexico is how the drugs come into the US. Mexico needs to take responsibility too.

But the one thing the US needs to do the most is stop using drugs. So long as there are people wnating to buy drugs and use them in the USA there will be people in Mexico, Colombia and other places who will murder and kill to be able to sell them the drugs.
